Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems have become so much more than "Where's that image I need?"
Most DAMs today become the hub for all business communication from websites and social media to video.
With today's content supply chain a DAM must be well planned. Schemas, metadata, taxonomy and governance have to be on point for SEO to be effective and ensure a quality user experience.

One of my biggest achievements has been to build a DAM from inception, funding, vendor selection, build, and migration to live production as Enterprise-wide product owner of Adobe Experience Manager Assets. I created user stories, acceptance criteria, roles, permissions, and taxonomy for the DAM development. Scope changes for addition business lines added 4000 resorts mid-build but I was able to flex to achieve the new goal. I grew the hub with global distribution and led a global team of DAM administrators and designers, with a track record of attracting and retaining skilled workers and optimizing talent.
